Lydia Line Corporate Gifting Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all corporate gifting orders placed with Lydia Line (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By approving a quote, the client (“you” or “client”) agrees to the following terms:
Quotes and Validity
- All quotes provided by Lydia Line are valid for 14 calendar days from the date sent.
- If a quote is not approved within this timeframe, it will expire, and a new quote may be required.
- All quotes, regardless of the 14-day window, are subject to change based on product availability.
Deposit and Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon approval of the quote to initiate your order.
- The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days after the order has shipped.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in delays or additional fees.
- For large orders, a credit application may be requested and required. Lydia Line may adjust the deposit amount at its discretion following the credit review.
Creative Approvals
- Clients are entitled to two (2) rounds of digital creative approvals for all designs related to their corporate gifting order.
- Requests for physical proofs are available upon request and will incur additional costs and extended timelines.
- Delays in providing creative approvals will result in automatic adjustments to the delivery timeline, for which Lydia Line is not liable.
Address Submission and Delivery Timelines
- Clients must provide a complete and accurate shipping address list no later than 10 calendar days prior to the target delivery date specified in the approved quote.
- Any delays in submitting the address list, creative approvals, or deposit payments will result in an automatic extension of the delivery date. Lydia Line is not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
Packaging and Shipping Estimates
- Quotes include an estimated cost for packaging and shipping, based on projected weights and delivery requirements.
- Lydia Line reserves the right to adjust these costs by up to 10% above the original quoted amount without additional client approval to account for final shipping weights, postage rate changes, or other packaging-related factors.
Ordering from Customer-Desired Vendors
- We are happy to offer a full-service approach to your gifting needs. If you are looking to order products from a certain vendor to enhance your gifting experience, feel free to make this request.
- Lydia Line reserves the right to decline facilitation of an order through any non-approved vendor.
- Lydia Line is not liable for any issues that may arise while ordering through a non-approved vendor, including but not limited to product quality, customization, order delivery timing, or any other related concerns.
Liability and Delays
- Lydia Line is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays in payments, approvals, or address submissions.
- Once an order has shipped, Lydia Line is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Modifications and Cancellations
- Any modifications to your order after quote approval may result in additional charges and delivery delays.
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun. The initial deposit is non-refundable.
- Only in the event of procurement issues, delays from vendors and suppliers, or other extreme circumstances may Lydia Line cancel and refund the deposit of an order.
By approving a quote, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
